Entry

A console has been added into the entry as a storage compartment and a space filler. We have kept it light to keep the space open and added a mirror above.

The small bowl has also been added as a decor piece that also works as a place to put keys if needed.

Family Room

Incorporating leathers/ pinks/ blues/ oak timbers and black elements from the property styling jobs that have been sent through as reference images we have created a harmonious space that balances out all elements. pops of the selected colours are seen through the cushions and also a velvet ottoman to complete the space.

A plant has also been added as it gives life to a space and helps tie everything together. A multi coloured rug has been selected to help hide dirt and a blue and pink canvas artwork has been added in to compliment the elements within the space.

Dining Room

Taking into consideration the current wallpaper on this feature wall. We decided to recommend to remove/ reinstall the wallpaper with something that works in. better with the furniture we are recommending. the current paper makes the space busy and doesn't add much of a feature. This removal and reinstallation can be done in one day with a wallpaper installer.

We also considered a round 6 seater table to accomodate for future laundry extensions. As for the bar stools we have incorporated a tan PU leather that helps tie the living room in with the kitchen. As its the only furniture piece that is in the kitchen, it is used as a feature for the area. The dining area works in with the living room again featuring the black and oak timber. Throughout a lot of reference property styling jobs there was consistently black chairs with a timber table.

Media Room

Considering discussion around IKEA cabinetry layout we have come to this conclusion of compartments. We have balanced out the design elements of oak timber and white to create a small feature to the space, added shelf above the TV to feature some plants/ books and decor items to balance out the cabinets and lastly feature mainly closed door storage but also some open shelves. this has been thought out to fill out the whole wall and to be built around the TV.

Media Room Items

Considering the importance of storage options, whilst incorporating crucial areas of both a study nook and a school storage area. Firstly, we have added in the same storage from the tv cabinet for all toys.

Secondly, we have added a white desk with a small chaise and a filing cabinet to go underneath for desk storage. this has been paired with a desk lamp and a chair. Some storage above the desk has also been added as a potentially extra area of space for more bits and pieces incorporated within the study. Moving over to the kids school area we have a bench seat that doubles as a storage box, Hooks for bags and lastly a shoe cabinet that closes to avoid clutter.

As there a quite a lot of elements going into the space, We have opted for mainly white items to avoid closing in the area more then it needs to be.
